A ghost is said to be the apparition of a dead person. In the Super Mario series of games apparently millions of small circular creatures died and now haunt Mario. These creatures, known as the Boos are shy and do not like Mario staring at them. We here at Diehard Gamer Radio are no strangers to the paranormal but we have yet to see these Boos outside of a video game setting. Just to be on the safe side though, we’ve got TAPS on speed dial and a copy of Tobin’s Spirit Guide ready just in case.

I noticed today that The Motley Fool had a newsbit about EA’s continued attempt to try and buy Take Two, and how they’re doing sort of a half-assed job of making it work. Worth a read if for no other reason than, at least for me, it made me aware of a company named The9, who apparently have the exclusive license to operate and distribute WoW in mainland China.

EA doing something half-assed? I can’t imagine such a thing (/sarcasm), but it’s interesting to see someone who isn’t a gamer thinking the same thing.

We’re sure at some point in the history of video games, a game has been made in regard to The French Revolution. However, we are also pretty sure that it wasn’t a rhythm game.  Don’t get us wrong though, we like the idea of the bourgeois getting down with their bad selves while DJ Napoleon is mixing the phat beats.
